This lovely engraved wooden plaque, made from Hack berry, contains all the verses from Psalm 8. This beautiful Psalm is highly prophetic, and it specifically states the fact that God Himself would become human flesh in the form of a man. It is metaphorically connected to several other Scriptural verses. Some that come to mind are Isaiah 9:6 ?Is 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Is 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.? Others are Isaiah 42:13-16, 43:10-13, and two special favorites of mine; Isaiah 45:15 ?Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.?, Isaiah 45:21-23 ?Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Is 45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. Is 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Now contemplate Isaiah 45:23 as you read Philippians 2:10 & 11 and behold the ancient timeless truth revealed! Yeshua (Jesus) is God in the flesh, plain and simple. There are dozens of other scripture that tie this together into a tightly knit fabric, and among them Psalms 8 continues to stir my soul. Psalm 8 is among those Messianic psalms that prophesies that the coming messiah would be in the form of flesh and blood and eventually would subdue the whole universe with His love. O LORD how excellent is thy Name in All the Earth! This laser engraved wood plaque is made from Hack berry and measures 6.5 inches wide and 10 inches tall. The font type used in this plaque is is named kosher.
