This wonderful verse taken from the book of Romans states something that a lot of Christians have a problem squaring with several other scriptures for this reason. It would appear that taken at fact value, the LORD can alter the rules for salvation and do what ever He pleases! Well He is GOD after all, He is all knowing, He is Almighty, He is all powerful, He is Infinite, so why not? One thing that might be considered here is that it is His kingdom, His rules, and His prerogative to judge as He so chooses. There are many examples where the normal course of nature seams to be overridden by Him because it was His will at the time. For instance ""turning water into wine at a wedding(His first miracle)"", having compassion and mercy on a treacherous Tax Collector, Zacchaeus, raising Lazarus up from the dead, and one other that always causes much debate, granting salvation to the thief on the cross next to Him. These are only just a few examples of many such instances where the LORD altered the course of nature in a particular instance simply because He wanted to. So with all that and more we say ? Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.? This plaque measures approx. 5.5" by 4.5" total outside dimensions.
