Most of our products that are shipped from here in Colorado use UPS ground as a default shipper.  We compute shipping costs based upon size, weight, and destination.  Some items require extra packaging to assure safe transport and we charge extra handling for those.  We will also ship at special request other various forms of UPS shipping methods which you can call us about and inquire at 800-952-5993.

As these items are handcrafted and hand crafted upon order, they may take a couple weeks in some cases to get out the door.

Return Policy

We will arrange for replacement or repair for any damaged product that occurs during shipping as long as we are notified within three days of shipment arrival.  We do not offer refunds or returns for any items shipped or purchased.
